You know why that lawsuit happened? Because MS bundled IE in their OS.  Apple has shown that you can force people to only use their store and prevent competition on their OS, just wait for MS to do the same thing :-p

The reason I don’t doubt they would risk a lawsuit was because of the heavy handed approach, them easing up on how they came at this, and who the company is.
