This is what the other f2p games are charging. If anything, the Halo set up is the friendliest of the bunch. Pricing is obviously shit, but battle pass wise, they are the only one I know of that the pass doesn’t expire, or have a curve on getting the stuff in the pass.

Well, couple of things. They don’t know who stole it or if it was actually stolen. Next, the person was negligent. He left his car in a place it shouldn’t have been. Lastly, He just changed his insurance policy and dropped the coverage to liability.

KB Toys!!  I forgot all about them, they were a regular stop to.  lol  Damn... I’m old, and sad.  I miss all the competition between the smaller retailers.

MK3, DKC, and Chrono Trigger were all day one purchases for me. I know for a fact that MK3 and DKC were not 70 dollars. Chrono Trigger is correct though. Back then I mowed lawns, washed cars, sold news papers subscriptions door to door, to buy my games. (my parents bought my consoles, but I had to get my games).

Where are you at? In the US they were regularly 50. FF was the first game I can remember selling for like 70, then there was Crono Trigger on the SNES that was up there.  In general though, I remember them at the 50 dollar price range.

Well, the problem is that it does work. Why spend 200 million more to release a great game, on time, complete, when you can spend 400 million, shove it out the door, broken, pay the salaried employees no overtime, and keep them working to finish it but make even more money because people just keep buying broken,

No, we haven’t been underpaying (IMO). While development cost’s have increased manufacturing has decreased significantly. A 50 dollar game on the NES netted the devs 5-10 dollars per game because they had to buy the carts up front to Nintendo as well as pay a royalty per game printed (not sold). Each game sold

no they don’t, that’s only the tip top. then you have the rockstar devs and lead designers that are also making a shit ton more then the average employee.

??? I apologize, I agree with your point’s but don’t understand what it has to do with mine. The cost of making games have gone up, and certain pubs are bullshitting.

CEO’s and high up execs are the ones that typically get the big paychecks. The useless execs don’t outnumber the work staff and they aren’t getting paid the half million salaries.

Yeah, I remember it differently. I was a hard core gamer back then as well. PC games were 40 bucks. Console games on Average were 50. The exceptions Were PS1 First party games which were also 40, and n64 games which typically weighed in at 50-60 depending on the publishers.

Back in the day, the justification for PC games being cheaper than Console games (and we are talking about when they actually sold games in stores and not on steam) was that they didn’t need to pay royalties on PC. So traditionally PC games were always ten dollars cheaper than a console version of the same game.

It’s marketing. That is the number one cost in triple a games. Marketing the fudging thing. Activison spent half a billion on Destiny. That POS was completely stripped of content and in no way had a development budget that big. It was on every tv, every you tube, every website, etc...

Really? The lower cast shitalking ruined the first game for you because they were not all grim derp/honorable enough?  gtfo

you take that shazz back. you always need moar cl4p-tp... ALWAYS.

He has memory issues.  It’s a medical thing

it’s all right, he didn’t read the wiki yet and skipped the first part of the youtube playthrough.

it was the big brute guy.  and the grunts.  and the elites.  There are a lot of bad guys.  You may want to visit a doctor and talk to them about the memory issues you are experiencing.

once or twice every fight is all the time.

nah, they are all different rings.
