I installed Clover on my work PC to have tabbed Windows Explorer. I was nervous about all the Chinese, but once you have it installed, it works beautifully. There’s no Chinese to worry about. I’ve never used “Xplorer2" which is mentioned below, but I can vouch that Clover is great.
