I had a really awkward relationship with my parents and when I was 16 I started college and mostly avoided them. I would come back at 2 AM, sleep for 4 hours, wake up and leave. I’d pay for all my own stuff other than rent and just stay out, eventually leaving completely at 19.

Just because the feds aren’t likely to come after us personally does not mean this isn’t a concern. The companies that make the parts we buy are the targets here. What are we supposed to do? Fabricate the parts ourselves? The grassroots racing world depends on the industry to make components that make it affordable…
