EXACTLY! Unlike 2020 Demand is low and supply is high so the law of capitalism means we are going back to pre-2020 prices!
DaimlerChrysler, obviously.
According to capitalism and the law of supply and demand, this must mean we have lots of ultra cheap cars now just to offload these cars and recoup any costs at all, right? Right? Oh, that only applies in the other direction.
The kid says the Xterra is completely broken but I wish he’d just put the work into fixing it up instead. I’ve brought my back from the dead a couple times now.
Barofsky needs to be fired and prosecuted for official malfeasance.
Exactly, there is nothing that compares. From those beautiful leather seat to the air/oil suspension it’s like riding a magic carpet. Hey the 2CV isn’t bad either.
1st Gear: Is Ford getting any grants or is this the usual thing where the govt. gives money to GM and Stellantis because Ford is the only one that can successfully operate itself. Anecdotally, I’ve seen severl Mach-E’s and Lightnings around but not very many GM EV’s and certainly not a single Stellantis EV- not sure…
The early 2000s Buick Lesabre is one of the automotive comfort foods for me. Just look at that interior. That is the interior of comfort. cozy, slightly dark, just wafting over potholes. I would replace the leather for cloth for those couches and just go to sleep.
I’ve been saying this for a while. It’s depressing how much stuff GM pioneered and then dumped. GM should have been Tesla, but instead of setting up a separate division to build electric cars, they shelved all the work they’d done on the EV-1 (which had a small but passionate following) and moved on. Same thing with…
A Miami Marlins hat proves that she gets her wardrobe from the lost & found at the bowling alley. There are no Miami Marlin fans.
Karens will Karen. An karma is even MORE of a bitch. If the cops come and arrest her for DUI, all the better - but she didn’t sound like she was slurring her words to me, she just sounds southern.
Man, I just went looking for a photo of a Hummer H2 SUT to remind myself of how tiny the bed on those things were, but ended up looking at this aftermarket cap for one:
I don’t know much about these. But the fact that both the engine and transmissions have had major work done at what I’d consider not exactly super high miles suggests these are not cheap to maintain. Go with a used Land Cruiser instead. ND.
Exactly mainly because the things are just so darn good at being what they are.

If we lived in a sane world dealerships would not be allowed to sell financing. It’s a conflict of interest as the best interests of the finance company, the auto manufacturers and the customers are not aligned.
He’s *77* and served in the Navy. “Filing papers” is NOT his problem at this point. It wasn’t even required back then in all likelihood since his parents were citizens. I am going to bet he has had a social security number his whole life too. He’s a citizen, full stop. This is first rate petty bureaucratic bullshit…
“Hey, if the FAA wants to actually be able to tell airplanes what they can and can’t do, then it’s up to Congress to create those rules, in accord with the Founding Fathers’ vision of air travel.”
He doesn’t need to wait, he needs to get an attorney and sue their dumb asses, ASAP. Or better yet, move out of Tennessee.
