First gen product, the a fleet owner in the article complained that their EV truck has been recalled 6 times already and had significant downtime compared to their diesels. Mix that with a lack of trained techs to do the repairs, and it’s a pain right now.

You know what? When you count on ABS and just mash the pedal, that’s exactly what happens. When you mash the brakes without ABS, the same thing happens. But when you threshold brake and don’t flat spot your tires by locking them up, you tend to stop in a straight line.
