I would need to determine the costs to “un-funk” the entire car back to semi-original.  NP if it can be subtracted from the asking price.

How dare you say that about the Goddess!

Wizard needs to fix the carb, fix the paint, and find those missing interior parts. I need to get a plumber’s license and vastly increase my knowledge in hydraulics.  ND until then.  I would like to drive one of these for a week or two, just to have the experience, though.

Don’t you think a CDL would be required?

2nd Gear: I guess that $60K F-150 will be $180K, and you bet the price of domestically produced automobiles will increase. I recall when Japan put voluntary import limits on their cars in the Eighties, the first thing Detroit did was raise the prices on their shit cars.

Cars from this era are ready for the crusher at 100K miles, and in its 32-year life it had to at one time be driven by someone who beat it like a rented mule.

It looks like roll on truck bed liner.

I can hear the rattles and feel the rain dripping on me from the failed T-top seals.  ND.

From a styling standpoint, the ‘61 Continental was a game changer compared to the chrome and tailfin bullshit Cadillac was still producing.  Unfortunately, American tastes prevailed.  Only 21,560 Lincolns were produced, compared to Cadillac’s 138,379.

Hence, the corporate cry for RTO.

My question exactly.  I was taught that minors cannot enter into a contractual agreement.

1st Gear: Waiting for Trump to say what he always says without a plan to back it up: “This never would have happened if I was president”.

Pure laissez-faire capitalism involves child labor, selling rotted meat, and snake oil medicines.  You know, everything the current GOP is pushing for.

4WD is for off-roading.  AWD is for bad weather on paved roads.

“...thousands of people are going to be left wondering what to do when or if their Alfa needs to be serviced...”

I’ve always had an irrational attraction to the 505 diesel. A good paint job and euro headlights would be the cat’s pajamas.  NP.

I still miss my ‘95 Caravan I bought new and drove for 19 years (one year short of being able to get antique license plates.) It took my family on vacations and other long trips in quiet, air-conditioned comfort.  I would still have it, but unfortunately its repairs became increasingly frequent and expensive.

Agree. The cracked dash, torn seat, and uninstalled trim are just the tip of the iceberg. The seller is trying to unwind his poor choices with this money pit.

Whenever someone states EVs are powered by coal, I kindly refer them to this MIT study, which states there is still a net reduction in greenhouse gasses.

Sometimes you just gotta go for it, just like that gas station sushi.
