As a former member of the DoD Acquisition Corp, this is angering and inexcusable. One of the reasons I retired was that I was often surrounded by cohorts who couldn’t reason their way out of a wet paper bag. Guess they got jobs at NASA.
For $10K more you didn’t get an engine upgrade AND they took away the bench seat? No thanks.

Dealerships don’t require (untraceable) cash and an ATM conveniently available with an outrageous ATM fee.
