A freakin’ ice maker now needs a circuit board?  Holy shit!  My fairly new (about 5 years old) cheap refrigerator has an ice maker that uses an old-timey mechanical timer.  It hasn’t failed yet, and from previous experience the compressor will fail first.

I’ll top this.  I’ve NEVER seen Star Wars.

My uncle used to take his Ford LTD to a Lincoln dealership for service.  The rates were the same but the waiting room was better and they washed his car before he got it back.

I had an ‘82 Escort. The owner’s manual required timing belt replacement at 60k miles.

Yup.  Ford milked everything Falcon for all it was worth.

Distracted idiots.

Well, the guy is 57.  His credit score is already a fait accompli.

The contrarian in me went out and bought a pickup in 2008.  The discount I got was incredible.  I still have it.

Find another job.  Now.  The employment market is in your favor.

I refuse to go to the Walmarts in my area. They are dirty, both inside and in the parking lot. The hill people they attract don’t know how to act in public.
