This movie is quite good! Lucky to have had a screener, and this is a unique and honestly very funny film I think nearly anyone who reads this site will enjoy. The final presentation of the play is hilariously awkward and a brilliant satire.

What’s strange is just how frozen the major chains lineups are. Sure, they’re not going to put in strange arthouse features or something like Cronenberg’s “Possessor” but I’m baffled why they don’t run other films that are opening in indie theatres. My local AMC has been showing what feels like the same six movies…

I work in a doctors office. There are at least two employees vehemently opposed to vaccines. (Both Karens.) When I asked them what they would do if our providers required them to either get the vaccine or wear a mask indefinitely, one demurred and the other said she would quit.
