Don’t mind me; I’m just here for the Avalanche appreciation thread.

Not sure I agree, but I’d honestly take either over a Fiat Multipla.

I had the gamecube versio of this, so initially I just assumed this was the xbox version.

Old car with nothing of value inside + no fob means its just easier to leave it unlocked most of the time. If it’s gonna sit in one place for several hours, then I’ll probably lock it, but otherwise It’s not usually left in places where I’m concerned. Also, the car alarm has been known to go off randomly when locked,

I haven’t seen this much examination of a badge since the Camaro z/28's flowtie came out.

Glad I’m not the only one who immediately saw that.

I’m still driving an ‘03 Avalanche as my work truck. The midgate is a lovely feature. Picking up drywall in the rain, done it. Carrying around six people (with the front bench seat), done that too. The bed is a little on the short side honestly at just a little over 5 feet long, but I managed to figure out how to fit

I mean, I didn’t expect them to change it anytime soon given that there’s one still driving around in 2154

As I often tell people about my ‘90 Seville, these aren’t built to accelerate, they’re built to cruise.

See, this i can understand. I get excited every time I see a Maserati, but then realize it’s a Ghibli, and some of the exclusivity magic is lost.

I want you to be wrong because I’m a massive Blazer fan, but after seeing it in Detroit I can’t disagree with you. I’m still confused as to why one would pick it over an Equinox. Maybe they’ll make a K5 package to try to redeem it, but of course the fanboys will only be disappointed at what could have been.

Sounds like there’s another episode of Tempest in the works...

First the Camaro, then the Blazer, and now this?

According to the Cadillac rep I spoke with back in March, they’re still concerned with the baggage that those names carry, (presumably from the 80s) so it may be a little while yet before we see those again.

Guy up the street has one of these. Never figured out what it was until now.

Toyota is almost going out of their way to not increase the power, aren’t they? When I stopped by their booth at the local auto show and asked why, they muttered somthing about compression ratios and having to redesign the entire engine and pricepoints...

Looks like a cross between a GT-R and a Peugeot Onyx. Especially in this color.

Never Lift. Always Drift.

Saw a similar story with the equivalent Mercedes. Took them ten minutes to fit a three piece luggage set in the back. They should have brought a sedan.

In light of this, and considering that the truck I just acquired is a 2003, I’m still screwed.
