Some folks can’t math, let it go. The people that care/know (investors, etc.) do the math. I haven’t seen their margins either, which is a huge factor during growth.

The proof is abundant. If you actively manage or use mutual funds, you will lose in the end. Historical data is abundant. Yes, one or two here and there make bank, but you’re far better off with indexed funds.
Yes, HRM is the way to go. It’s not perfect person to person (HRs vary to a degree), but those training ranges are way better than what this article suggests, and are backed by scientific studies.
