Yea, throwing shit off overpasses can be extremely dangerous and should never be applauded, even if the other side is a bunch of assholes.

Yeah, Obviously the worst thing here is people shooting at other people over what amounts to vandalism. That’s a “straight to jail” type of thing.

I’d argue there’s two groups of assholes here. The ones throwing things off an overpass and the ones clogging up the highways in the name of FreeDumb.

Carma, if you will.

Oh yea. Theres more legroom back there than a Mustang. Im not saying its sedan big, but my son got back there fine.

I’d definitely rather have a T or Targa vs a sunroof, but even they either hurt rigidity or add weight (often both).

One has to ask at what point Toyota’s decision to “save” costs on engine development is going to make this whole thing more expensive than if they’d designed the entire car themselves.

Sunroofs add weight at pretty much the worst possible part of the structure.

Jesus people. It’s $4,000. Look at what you can buy for four grand and come back to this and think about it. You want a clapped out rusty Rogue with 186k, cuz that’s what you’re looking at.

I feel like people voting ND are thinking in year 2000 dollars or something. The starting point for a rust free car with no mechanical issues today is $3k. Min. for a boring nothing car. Add the rarity and coolness of the SHO and 90's nostalgia trends, this car is an EASY $4k all day.

Remember when the front page used to say this?

1. Their are sub-car-cultures that are generally bad mouthed. (Large trucks)

Namely the anti-truck in general. It bothers me less since I too, do not care as much about trucks. However, I’d welcome a writer with knowledge/passion about the BOF segment in the same way we’ve seen from Bradley and his BEVs/bikes or Mercedes and Smart cars.

I agree in a lot of cases, mainly the people that for whatever reason put lift kits and stupid wheels or stereos on them. We bought a used RZR when we moved out to our property for two reasons, the novelty of it when people come over who couldn’t or wouldn’t use their own and because it’s actually functional around

Really doubling down on the insufferability, I see.

I don’t understand any of this uproar/backlash/protesting/whining about Musk buying Twit (for the record I am ambivalent towards the guy).

The Fiat Multipla:

Exactly. I goto autoblog, carbuzz, motor1 and caranddriver for automotive news.  When did Jalopnik become so left wing?  Automotive news shouldn't be biased.

Does important auto-journalism happen on Twitter? it’s not exactly something where breaking news events happen all that often (at all?). It seems like it’s mostly opinion writing, sponsored reviews, and corporate launch events that are just as well reported by company’s PR departments.

Well since I have been relegated to the greys for the past 4 months we know how G/O media deals with its critics.
