I don’t think that a predatory company is ever considered a blessing.
Uh, the Bowling Green plant opened in 1981. Before that, Corvettes were built in St Louis before that.
This, all day.
This is just another reason why the “dealership only” model for selling new cars should be abolished. That would not mean that dealerships can’t exist, it just means that OEMs can sell direct to those who want to buy that way.
Ghost kitchens are a great idea. Why have the investment in a physical location when the customer is driven by the celebrity factor, not the location? This works so much better than opening a restaurant in, say, a Las Vegas hotel. You curate the menu, share the recipe with cooks working in the ghost kitchens, and…
Sign me up for the Touring Pack. You had me at ketamine, cocaine and caviar.
Actually very on point, as I did live just north of Indy for a few years. Nice city, hallowed track, but not a place known for high end partying.
The easiest way to settle all of this?
Yeah, for all the shit-talking on Miami, it is the destination of choice for most Latin Americans and non-Americans vacationing in North America. Americans don’t ‘get’ F1 racing, kind of like the way Americans don’t ‘get’ football (even calling it soccer!), so having a F1 race in Miami is a great compromise. COTA is a…
Interesting that the UK may die before Elizabeth does.
The Office Manager here bought some.
Ah, the Farmer’s Market fantasy. Bucolic Bob grows a small batch of organic heirloom seed produce that he only sells to this one restaurant. And the chickens, cows, and pigs willingly give their bodies to the chef as it is their noble calling to be dispatched, butchered, and served. As mentioned, even Farmers Markets…
That’s it in a nutshell.
That was a firmly tongue in cheek remark, but it has more than an kernel of truth to it. I am not talking about living where it is convenient, but if nothing is convenient to where you live, maybe you chose the wrong spot to live your life.
Realistically, adding an hour to those travel times makes it ludicrous? Tedious, yes, ludicrous, no. And a 200 mile trip each way would not take a recharge in transit. At terminus, yes, either location would require a recharge, but not along the way. I assume those visits are not just stopping for 5 minutes for a hug…
The infrastructure changes are minor, not major. Adding a charging station is adding a plug to an existing electrical source at the house, office, apartment complex, or condo. And there are companies offering this now:
Well, Kate, there is a way to have Bojangles that a majority of Americans who travel can enjoy.
You may want to look at it from a different perspective, and if you do, you might just change your mind.
Again, attack a probably ally rather than a full on enemy.
