They are considered bonded and are intended to be adopted together. Heaven help the household that takes them in, though lol.

Awww, thanks for the kind words, and the update! Our own Wags is doing better with his skin problems.

I reached out to the Foster Coordinator, and she told me, “ In general, foster care can help a cat learn household routines, help to establish necessary medical care, provide unique one-on-one interaction, reduce stress and/or lead to adoption.” Maybe he is ready to go to the next level.

Shelter Cat Update is coming, I promise!

She is beautiful. And she likely won’t be with us for long for just that reason.

I hear you, believe me. Squeaker and I have known each other a long time, so it’s all good. I make a point of approaching the tummy gradually, over the back, with some subtly probing fingers.  I just did this with Oro, and his response .was to turn on his side, a good sign. 

Sounds like a good week overall. Yay you!
