Shelter Cat Update!

Today, I dropped an all-metal food dish on the floor while he was napping. No reaction at all to the sound, but he might have sensed the vibration. Then we proceeded to the cuddles and tummy rubs.

Sodasodelicious, I have not worked harder or longer with any cat since I started volunteering at the shelter. I love this boy deeply. Now that it turns out he may be deaf, I’m going to rethink my approach to interacting with him.

Peter and Paul are sooooo affectionate and charming. If they get adopted together, though. I hope their human has homeowners insurance lol.

Someone else shares our opinion - Abigail was adopted!

Yeah, I have vivid memories of Lychee (whom I almost adopted), and Mistletoe, both featured in past updates. There’s just something about how the face combines with the purrsonality to make such an endearing creature.

I will keep a good thought for kitty.
