@charbullins: i agree completely. It sounds kind of hokey, but customer service is the bottom line. My loyalty is extremely flaky unless I feel that the company actually cares about, or sometimes even just listen to, my opinion.

@shilo101: well, i get more annoyed by that sprint ad that scrolls across the top, bc everytime it does, it looks like im logged out... or atleast it confused me the first time, took me like 20 mins to figure out i was logged in the whole time
