Since most are driven to the Starbucks drive thru...

They do make a 4cyl hybrid that gets 35mpg city (actually 36)—it’s called the Highlander. You can’t force people to buy the car they really need.

60k.

wow.. your main complaint is that you are turned off by the front lower spoiler on the Limited? That’s a win in my book! :)

Looks like the same flappy air dam that’s on the Tacoma to bump MPG a bit; luckily it’s really easy to remove.

I gotta admit. Toyota killed it once again. They really are THE ELITE everymans automobile/truck manufacturer. Nobody comes close to Toyota when it comes to nailing down every category with desirable vehicle options whether off-road or on.

That’s the limited... Did you miss every other new spec that is more off-road oriented?

That rear roll down window seems like such a good idea until you realize that you can’t drive with it down. You’ll suck in dust and exhaust fumes like crazy.

I’m not a grandpa (yet), but I’ll stick with my ancient 4.0l and 5 speed transmission. That combination will probably still be working long after I’ve ceased be be functional. I have my doubts that the turbo 4 will be as bulletproof.

I’m willing to bet Toyota is able to figure out how to make a great 4Runner and still differentiate it from larger Land Cruiser. Unlike Jeep with makes a great Grand Cherokee and less than mediocre Cherokee.

Intriguing as that is, doesn’t it seem unlikely that the plane would be that intact 16.4K feet down? Wouldn’t it have broken up, or been crushed by the pressure?

Blow me.

You don’t need a warrant for activities that happen in public. <shrug> Don’t do criminal activity in public - and the outside of your house is public.

Are you his lawyer previewing his defense to see how potential jurors might react?

So what?

It’s been established for decades that if you don’t take action to maintain privacy, the authorities are free to collect “search” without a warrant. The Alaska State Troopers used to fly over neighborhoods with a thermal camera looking for hot spots from possible marijuana growing operations, and the courts said that

I totally agree with properly funding the VA, but this guy was faking a disability to scam the VA.

Your front porch in plain view is a public space. Boo hoo for the criminal, yeah for the cops.

Fund the VA properly so it can take care of veterans properly.
