From the evidence, it appears entirely plausible, nay downright likely that Tobi is the strangler. It’s hard to believe there is coincidentally no actual evidence to disprove it. Tobi not being present for the car chase I believe to be deliberate misdirection, so a viewer paying such close attention would notice him…
