They hired Jim Gaffigan for the wrong ‘low quality food stuffed with filling’ movie, swing and a big miss!
Even in spite of his stroke, he paints a much better picture of the only Jewish country fighting (DEFENDING) for its survival in a sea of illiberal Islamic regimes (Abortion rights and Queer rights people where’s the disgust about Gaza?!) than your BRAINDEAD takes!
Explaining to people that two things can be true at the same time is difficult, but you, sir, have done an admirable job. I salute you.
Tell Hamas to feed them.
OR.... consider possibly...
A spokesperson for Fetterman then gave Business Insider a frankly ridiculous statement, claiming Fetterman “strongly supports a two-state solution in Israel and Palestine, and always has” but that he “strongly believes that this resolution should include language stipulating the destruction of Hamas as a precondition…
Fetterman has always been a bit of a provocateur (a fact celebrated here if I recall correctly) so how he’s defending positions that (without having done a deep dive) seem relatively close to mainstream, doesn’t seem off brand to me.
I expected an answer to the question posed by the headline. Aren’t you journalists of some sort? Investigate and find out the shit people want to know. We didn’t need an article with you asking the same question everyone else already was asking. I try to defend y’all sometimes but this level of hackery is just too far…
I know, you are more of a Hannah Gadsby fan
I would care more what Bowen Yang thinks if he was actually funny.
This is the kind of thing we have to stop doing. Dave Chapelle is funny, says funny things, and makes jokes. Some of those jokes hit, some of those jokes feel a little dated now or maybe don’t work well with the way some people’s values have changed, but it’s just comedy. He isn’t out there advocating for anything…
Love the fake outrage by ppl. He’s a comedian. Sorry there are no protected classes in actual comedy.
Right, and if he didn’t use an actual photo that helped people track her down, no one would have found that out.
Comedy Central wanted Hasan Minhaj, apparently, but after a weird scandal broke in which the comedian was accused of fabricating details in his stand-up act (again: weird scandal)
His brand of stand up is one of those styles though where if the premise isn’t true it’s kind of shit. I don’t want to disparage the style, it can be great when it hits, but it’s that kind of comedy where you’re supposed to discover deeper truths about yourself and/or the world. I’ve heard it referred to as TED Talk…
it does seem like a clear admission of defeat from Comedy Central
Plus she was taught by Hollywood genius, Harvey Weinstein, which is pretty impressive.
LOL what dues has she paid?
