I hope to God that "Star Trek XII" ("Star Trek II" was "The Wrath of Khan", people) isn't filmed in 3D. It's always been a stupid gimmick and it's beneath the franchise's dignity, frankly.

If you want to see a good (well, brilliant) adaptation, check out the version with Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen from 1996 if you haven't already.

Personally, I'm rather pleased that it didn't but maybe that's just me.

I can't wait to see this!

Last night, I watched the Nostalgia Critic's version of the 1990 version of "Captain America" starring, of all people, J. D. Salinger's son. I hope that this one is better!

I wish that the Sci-Fi Channel - they may be illiterate but I'm not - would make "Stargate Revolution" and "Stargate Extinction" instead.

Please, that "Doctor Who" rumour is nowhere near as crazy as the one about Woody Allen playing Albert Einstein in the 2007 Christmas special. Who knows? Perhaps he was actually cast but his wife-daughter talked him out of it.

Michael Edwards, whose biggest claim to fame is that he's Priscilla Presley's ex-boyfriend.

I didn't even know that they were going ahead with filming the pilot.

Great news. They work much more effectively when used sparingly. If you look at all of their appearances, you'll notice a pattern in that after a series of very frequent Dalek appearances over the course of several years, there's another period, sometimes as long as four to five years, in which they do not appear at

As did I. I can't stand Christian Bale. As well as being an overrated actor, he seems like an arsehole.

Terry Molloy and Julian Bleach were worthy successors to Michael Wisher as Davros but Wisher gives the best and the definitive portrayal of the character. I agree with you there.

There's only true Number Six in my eyes and he is neither sexy (to me, anyway) nor an alien.

Wasn't it Garibaldi who was biased against telepaths as well as being an alcoholic?

Now playing

Like Richard Biggs, Andreas Katsulas and Tim Choate, he left us too soon.

It ran for 28 episodes, which is 27 more than I would expected.

I'm willing to at least give it the benefit of the doubt until I've seen the first episode. And until the first episode is made, obviously.

"CIA."

Frankly, I've given up hope that this series will be made.
