I wished for an October Surprise. This is like a month of Halloween. Like, after a few days, it’s not fun, anymore. I find it striking in all these articles that are coming out about him over the years how incredibly consistent his behavior has been over DECADES. Not (just) in denigrating women, but in how defensive he gets, the childish retaliation.

My only nitpick is that she should have gone after the actions the words described, rather than the words used. Not a big fan of Trevor Noah, but he hit the nail on the head with his segment on the issue. His segment wasn’t as punchy as this clip though, so it’s a tradeoff between catharsis and being 100% on-point.

We’ll laugh at her, but the “Yeah this white person is evil, but look at this black people thing that you find scary even though it’s not!” strategy has pretty much always worked.
