See? Terry Gilliam wasn't really exaggerating for comedic effect. Of course, these guys actually know a lot about history between all of them combined, so it doesn't surprise me that they would be weirdly accurate.

Abrams is big on practical over CG when possible, so I think he's a better driver than any printers.
