Except...not really?

It’s not playing into any stereotype to assume that a vast majority of adult gay men have had sex at least one time in the past year either in or out of a committed relationship. Suggesting that someone has had sex at least one time in the past 12 months is not in any way implying promiscuity,

I don’t see how one has to be promiscuous because they have sex more than once a year. I mean, I have sex with my wife more often than that, does that make me promiscuous as well?

If you take a heaping pile of horseshit and remove 1/16th of the horseshit, you’re still left with a pile of horseshit.

This rule is horseshit. This change is horseshit. This is not progress, it’s horseshit masquerading as progress.

The horseshit is, in fact, horseshit.

No, they really can’t. I don’t know what percentage of gay adult men haven’t had sex in a year, but I’d guess it’s less than 5%. This is a fucking stupid rule.
