I’m with Denzil on this - my shoebox was 100% full by the end of the game, to the point where I did what you’re suggesting and took out 6 coffee mug charms and suicided to some wolves just to clear some space. I also threw away a ton of medkits, crossbow bolts and flares along the way.

I’ve finished the game so this is well understood. If you’re taking the critical path only, inventory isn’t an issue but for completionists looking to collect all the charms/cult boxes it eventually becomes a chore even with the shoebox.
