This is literally the same question I’ve had. Currently driving a 2011 Fiesta SES that seemingly is the only Fiesta ever made with a good auto transmission. But I’m selling it to my son in a few months. Have been looking for the same sorts of cars in the same price range as this petitioner. Wants - better reliability,

Andrew, Patrick, good work out there.

555 = Number of complainers / day about no WRX hatchback

Damn, I thought there was always 3 things you could count on: Death, Taxes and the EJ20. Looks like it’s time to pour out some coolant and oil together, as all Subaru engines intended.

I never understood the need to keep up appearances when you have a job that does all the appearances for you. Who cares what car you drive? You’re licensed to pilot a motherfucking JET. Keep your cash and come up with some great retorts for the ribbing that the superficial tech bros and venture cap babies feel they

For those who might actually be into it, the car’s still for sale in Los Angeles as I write this!

16 years newspaper veteran here, and they’re both used interchangeably among journalists, but each paper has its own “style guide” for consistency. I always used “lead” because I was a bit of a contrarian. I’m also a photographer, which are historically known for bad spelling in the newsroom, and made the alternate

1) It’s not exactly great on fuel - EPA ratings are 21/28. I can get 30 on long drives, but most of my driving is in town (2.3 mile commute to work). I do love to hear that MZR rev and zip it up to redline when I’m tossing it around, so my mileage is closer to 18 or 19 MPG on an average tank.

I bought a 2012, the first year of the redesigned model. I would have liked to have some of the standard features that they added for the 2013 model, but I decided to buy the dealer’s loss-leader as the 2013s were coming out because I got it for about 20% off MSRP.

Neutral: I love my Mazda, I really do. But one of the things I love about it most is that it’s not a luxury car or brand. Over the decades I’ve driven numerous BMWs, a Porsche and a Mercedes, and frankly, I was getting tired of the luxury world. What I wanted was something simple, reliable, affordable and fun to

In August of 2010, I bought a new Legacy GT Limited.

We should also add the Saabaru.

R32 is like Linux in the Mac vs PC battle. Nobody cares about them except for dedicated nerds.

Ford... doesn’t make the Demon....

I asked my mom and dad what their coolest ever car was. My mom had several V8 camaros, oldmobile 442 A body, other cool stuff. (She’s currently got a turbo mini and a turbo fiat). My dad said “Ford EXP”.

....hell yea.
(he currently drives a E85 BMW Z4 3.0)

I keep it in my office. So the kids won't play with it and mess it up :)

I got to drive one at a "Zoom zoom Live" event about 10 years ago. Actually won the best lap time for the whole weekend on their little autocross course. The prize was a model MX-5. I couldn't afford the Speed6, or the RX8 which was even better. But I did fall in love with the brand and ended up getting a Mazda3 (i
