@Meeps: I was about to say, check out 90% of the NES box art. Plenty of Japanese games have hulking Conan the Barbarian type guys on the cover to try and appeal to a Western audience.

It's not a real secret Miyamoto's been making games for older people. It makes sense, seeing as the kiddie and young adult markets have been flooded.

@Chicken Pawks: Right on. The purpose of DotP, as I see it, is to introduce new or returning players to the game and get them addicted to it in a guided environment where your friend can't screw you with rules he made up.
