So to be clear, my understanding is that it’s $110,000 or 10+ years of grinding to achieve the same.

Now playing

Meanwhile, a good take from a non-crappy shill:

And balance out the gear you paid for to make it less viable so you want to spend money to get the new gear. Many games with monetary models do this. It’s screwed up.

The irony of Kotaku being the first people to actively shit on any ill practice or things in industry. To Blatantly jerk each other off about this game and miss the point entirely.

Yeah, I thought that was the whole point of the end game grind with Diablo games so saying to just not do it seems weird. Kinda negates the whole pull of the game.

A C6 Genshin character costs around 1200 on average. A weapon can get closer to 2000 if you are unlucky. However, all of those characters will still be viable for every piece of content going forward.

The fuck is this advertisement? It’s arguably one of the most exploitive and overpriced f2p games in history. Bye Kotaku. I'm done with this corpse of a website.

It inarguably is Pay2Win, but the Pay2Win element is pretty delayed (and is about the gems, not the other gear elements), so its unsurprising that you haven’t felt it yet if you haven’t been playing 24-7. I’d definitely agree it’s an extremely strong “made for mobile” experience, but the monetization is deeply

BAD TAKES, GET YER BAD TAKES HERE! TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE!

Diablo Immortal Is Far Too Good To Be Free”

Bullshit. Any game this has to push micro transactions this hard is a MAJOR red flag.

The moment this game was announced, there was feedback. Majority negative but regardless any feedback is helpful.

What did they do with this feedback, they decided to nickel and dime their

I have also read someone who has no idea that this isn’t the case of false dichotomy!

Okay, I get why you’re frustrated about the dissymmetry in reporting but the solution to that is not to report less about guy like this one, it’s to report more about PoC and the failings of the justice system in general.

They were making a false dichotomy between caring about POC and caring about this man. They’re not mutually exclusive.

Imagine being so deep in denial you get read to filth like that and just double down with butthurt sarcasm.

I don’t know anything about the ethnicity or race of this person, but I work as a coach and advocate of disabled people. In this case, this man’s disability is a huge deal. This man could easily die in prison if he doesn’t receive adequate care, which he has not been given. Losing that amount of weight that quickly,

As long as I’m an edge case that keeps getting games made for me, I’m cool with that

Lol you're clearly trolling.

Yes, yes we are. If you look for logic in star wars, you’re just going to drive yourself crazy. Just take a seat and enjoy the ride.

Not every game has a menu option to just play the music from the game, nor does everyone have the ability to pop the game disc in and listen. That’s what I’m saying about Nintendo not making the music readily available. Yes, if you own their console, own their game, and maybe have the means to break into the game

The problem, I think, is one of being legally wrong vs morally wrong. The people who upload the music and then have to remove it are legally wrong because they are committing copyright infringement (same with people who upload game ROMs). Nintendo is legally in the right to shut down these people because they want to
