I still kind of want the Amazon one.

For it to really be Japanese you could control the water temperature and there would also be warm air to dry your butt. And a seat warmer.

There was a tv movie of the The Bad Seed in the early 80's that sticks to the William March ending that was actually pretty good. I find the 1950's version to be kind of silly and that credit spanking was bizarre. I found book in dimestore paperback version when I was in my teens and really liked it.

I sent my daughters off to yet another anime con. Is anime pop culture yet? Can I just brag about how I make all their cosplays? Although this weekend was pretty easy because we were able to buy almost all the pieces at the mall with very little construction needed. Ohayocon in January is the big one where I will be

I may have built them up to be funnier than they actually are. They have their moments

They are a series of videos on Youtube by Sherclop Pones overlaying scenes from Friendship is Magic with new dialogue, creating a bizarre alternative universe. Twilight Sparkle is an ADD-addled narcissistic sociopath with aspirations of royalty, Spike is a universally scorned target of abuse, Fluttershy is the insane

Off topic, but as an apparent MLP fan—are you familiar with Friendship is
Witchcraft? Foaly Matripony makes me choke with laughter.

The "or what" is so terrifying they can't even mention it, they just flee

And then I feel rather sad

Or at least am smug about never having played it.

Which is pretty much why I hate the game.

Big Macs were a sort of rite of passage in my household. I remember when I graduated from getting a cheeseburger to a Big Mac. It was pretty exciting. My sister hated mayonnaise, so she would get two cheesburgers, and take off one bun to stack them up.

I swear to god I first remember this being sold as the LTS—the Lettuce and Tomato Special. And it wasn't in the special package that keeps the cool side cool and the hot side hot

Man, lots of songs give me goosebumps

There is a Korean version of Maria that I also love, but it doesn't affect me quite the same as Blondie's.

Pat Benatar's version of Wuthering Heights
Maria by Blondie
Change of Heart by Cyndi Lauper
Skeleton Key by Dessa
All Over You by Live
Halah by Mazzy Star
La Bel Age by Pat Benatar
Tammy Wynette-Stand by Your Man
Hedwig-Wig in a Box

Yeah, I secretly love Let It Go as well. When she first sings the refrain of Let It Go softly, that's when I get the goosebumps—and watching the video I think we are talking about the same part, where she creates Olaf. I just love the song.

And the twist in Gone Girl was so carefully and expertly revealed instead of DunDunDUN Bwahaha I've been the evil one all along and you never suspected! Or even knew I existed! Which is such a lazy plot device in most of the supposed next Gone Girl novels I've recently read.

Can't wait for the plot synopsis to show up on Wikipedia

Does it roll around the room first, though? Also, I am not a morning person at all and I'm pretty sure there would come a day when I accidentally throw it through a window
