Well, apparently towing a Cybertruck wrong can make it self-immolate, so... there’s that to consider haha

The vehicle collision required to cause that sort of damage to the drivey bits would surely have caused a similar degree of damage to the surrounding shiny bits.

In this case because the damage, the wheel and surround, is VERY localized it seems unlikely it was cause by collision with a vehicle. It almost looks like a suspension failure and the janky wheel caused the damage while they were coming to a stop.  More interesting to me, at least, is who is fine with just tossing…

Clarkson may be full of piss and vinegar and say random awful shit, but he doesn’t lie about this type of stuff. Plus, the real guy in charge- Andy Wilman- is unbelievably by the book in this regard, and honestly probably had final say.
