Everyone can listen to what they want how they want to but there’s no doubt 3.5mm jack days are numbered, i’m excited to see what they can do to make these new headphones worthwhile - obviously from this post and many others they have some mountains to climb to get consumers on board.

Wireless will be everywhere - people can stamp their feet about how everything uses the 3.5 but it will go the way of vinyl. What’s all the fuss with apple updating their handsets? they’ll drop the 3.5mm and so will every other phone with either usb-c or lightening and will usher in all new use cases for ‘smart’ headphones. Dropping the physical home button can make the phone water resistant and give even more options when using your phone.…
