I like that ABC is picking up the diversity mantle and really making an effort to be inclusive both in front of and behind the cameras. Nice to see someone proving that it really isn’t that hard to produce diverse and inclusive programming without labeling it as ‘niche’ (take a hint, rest of Hollywood).

Well okay, but most shows don’t. Seinfeld was literally about nothing and that was a huge hit. There was no direction at all. If people expect an ‘end game from a show about life after the apocalypse, they’re probably tuning in to the wrong show.

I think part of the problem is that people take this show way too seriously. For someone like me who just wants to see blood and guts and zombies, all the chatter on the outside - and yes, that includes Talking Dead, Hardwick - is much.
