Jimmy Fallon to me is the epitome of mediocre white male privilege. He’s not nearly as talented as he thinks he is and should not be anywhere near as successful as he is.

This story is depressing on so many levels. Just so many failures by so many people, including the system meant to protect children from this very kind of abuse. Still, glad it has a happy ending at least.

I feel the same, though I think my dislike comes from the fact that she’s completely unremarkable in every way - I know lots of pretty girls who can sing but that doesn’t mean they deserve Hollywood careers. She has zero charisma, and I know a million women with more talent than her but less fame.
