Why would he be in prison? It’s still not clear that any DV was committed by anyone. There certainly was none by Meyer, and Courtney’s own mother says that Courtney invented this whole thing as revenge.  When the police agree that there is no evidence of DV, what should he have done?

I’d feel a lot more certain Urban should go if Courtney hadn’t admitted she didn’t want Zach fired before. It’s clear that she wanted to keep the money flowing. I found this article confusing because the author argues both that the men are too competitive and that they don’t let her be competitive.
