Jane Goodall has made zero money for herself, off of her activities. You know this, right?

I read it years ago, yet I can remember whole passages, including it's startling ending. I still have my copy and it's definitely overdue for a reread.

Now laughing so hard, I'm officially choking!

I love this! And the fashions are gorgeous/

Thank you for that. The things the get this lot's knickers in a twist some times baffles me. Fortunately, it's also quite funny.

Oh please, oh please, oh please...

As someone with Dysthymia, I would definitely be willing to give this a shot, pun intended. It's hard to express just how off and trapped depression can make you feel.

Know how you feel.

As someone who has a compromised immune system, (3 auto-immune diseases and counting) I not only get a flu shot every year, I literally beg people to get it. And THANKS VERY MUCH to all those who do get it. You are acting responsibly, and I applaud you.

Couldn't agree more. Leaving BC was also a big mistake.

Thank you for putting this up. Pa'u Zotoh Zhaan, was going to be my vote, too. I just loved that character. She had such complexity and depth.

It maddens me to think that it might not even come to a theatre where I live. I've been watching the listings anxiously, and there's not even a hint of it.

Me too! They're both amazing, and this news makes me very happy!

And it has Alec Guiness in it! Excellent!

Salem's Lot absolutely terrified me when I first read it. I was always looking behind me. Even rereading it gives me chills. Scariest book I've ever read.

I just know this post is going to send my TBR list into the stratosphere.

I don't think it should be forgotten that the Nazis tried to also exterminate the Roma and all Slavs. Along with gays, political opponents, ,,,,,,

Guys, not to be rude, but I'm Canadian and a lot of these deals don't work for me. Please cast a wider net.

I loved this show to pieces when I was a kid, and yes, it was in b&w. Just discovered the box set on Amazon. Guess what I'm going to be getting next month? Can't wait!

I hope you're right. Life without Studio Ghibli will be a lot less fun. But with "Princes Kaguya" being released with an English dub, I think there's still some life left in Ghibli.
