The thing that strikes me is how little he moves, on both ends of the floor. It’s not laziness, he’s just overwhelmed out there. Understandably, because with him, in year 2, it’s not about hiding his weaknesses to play to his strengths. It’s that he hasn’t shown a single NBA level skill yet. It is a fiasco.

My interactions with a roofing company are with the owner or manager. I get billed. Service staff perform a service for me so I don’t have to do it myself at home.

Roofing is skilled labor in which I pay an hourly rate based on their expertise. So no. Same with plumbers, electricians, etc. Trained mechanics too.

I own a bar, at which my staff enthusiastically drinks at when not working. I basically charge them cost, $1-$3 per drink. They long ago set up their own policy where they don’t tip on their own drinks. Which makes sense, either they’d simply be rotating their tip among each other, or the non-servers who already don’t…
