I would agree with you if these systems had had more powerful CPUs. They were really the weakest link this gen. It's seriously amazing what they did with them but they were so far behind the tech in 2013 it was very head scratching. 

They probably brought more people so they could take breaks and be fully cognizant. There was always enough to cover all the bases. He either was there when something happened or he wasn’t. 

To fix all that you listed, they really need bump up the cost of games. Maybe 80 instead of 60
