Admittedly I don’t follow Grimes/Elon Musk all that closely (though I have a couple of her songs on my workout playlist) so I don’t know if these are long festering tensions or what — I mean, it sounds like it, right?

I used Differin when it was still prescription-only (at least here in Canada). Stopped a few years ago when I was trying to get pregnant, but it will definitely be my go-to once I can start using Retin-A again.
Apparently the people who are compromising the health of my immunocompromised, elderly parents, my great aunt in a nursing home and my pregnant ass aren’t daring and sexy — just desperate assholes.
Yeah, I’m in Toronto and I’m finding we have more of a balance than most places in the U.S. (and our numbers are lower than most of those places — the ones with comparable populations, that is). For example, I saw a post on IG the other day in which someone in California chastised fellow hikers for not wearing masks,…
Fair enough, but that doesn’t seem to be what these people are doing.
Seriously. What the fuck is this article and why did I click on it? I’m as annoyed at myself for reading it as I am at Jezebel for posting it.
True, but it’s clickbait designed to spark outrage. I’m as mad at myself for reading this bullshit post as I am at Jezebel for soliciting responses in the first place and then giving them a platform.
I’m almost 36 weeks pregnant and can’t walk a few metres in my mask without wheezing, but I barely leave my house these days, so it all works out.
Too many comments on this five-year-old article to wade through all of them — but no Elizabeth Taylor cameo on General Hospital? Before my time but it was legendary.
Amazon is super slow in Toronto right now. I’ve had much, much better luck with local businesses.
Yup. I’m a longtime reader, and I remember when they published the results of their survey a few years ago. Similarly, a quick look at the comments shows that the audience skews older — and even if it didn’t, most older millennials and certainly Generation X is well aware of who Little Richard is. He’s not exactly…
I just can’t see how this is sustainable, even on a short-term basis
I find buying every last thing online time-consuming and stressful. But this? Do. Not. Want.
She has always seemed — relatively speaking, I mean — fairly down-to-earth and resourceful. It wouldn’t surprise me if she does it herself, especially because she doesn’t have a particularly complicated look.
Supposedly they’re in “fan pods,” but I don’t know how well they’ll be enforced.
Nah, dude. IIRC, a survey from a few years ago clearly indicated that Jezebel’s audience tends to skew older. That should be clear from many of the replies from the commentariat in general as well — representing a broad range of millennials, Gen X and boomers (maybe the very occasional Gen Z?). Never mind that a good…
The only way I would even begin to consider this would be some kind of brought-back-from the dead Bowie-Mercury-Prince-Aretha Franklin combo with special guests George Michael, Amy Winehouse and Sharon Jones.
My podiatrist always told me that more people should leave their feet alone for at least few months of the year — that we have cuticles for a reason, pedicures aren’t always necessarily great on your feet, and it’s okay just to let your toenails “breathe” for a bit. I imagine the same logic applies to fingernails.
Oh jeez. Was it a velour romper or a pleated lamé ice-skating skirt?
