I know multiple owners of the G35/G37 and every one of them kept it 6+ years, one had it for 11 years I think. They were a hell of a car for the price, and hit so many nails on the head. The Q50 began its decline when it became too ‘soft’. 

I own a 2009 G37. It is a reasonably priced, fast, reliable, moderately attractive, good handling, and overall fun to drive four door sedan (compared to a Camry). My prescription is for them to go back to building things like the G37 - quality, inexpensive, RWD alternatives to the Germans.

Even if it was likely, you have no proof of that. They still broke the law, no matter if Ghosn was innocent or guilty. They helped a fugitive leave the country and escape having to face a trial for his alleged crimes
