Well I can’t speak for people on either side of the Hyundai camp on forcing their opinions on others. That’s natural with literally anything, especially online. As a reasonable person, all I can say is there is no wrong opinion, but clearly more people online at least think the new Hyundais and Kias are well styled.

That’s true. I really just meant for unexpected inputs. That’s why I think you either go real manual transmission or torque converter auto only. Though a case can be made for DCTs on transverse engine cars like this because transverse automatics can be pretty bad due to packaging requirements.

Maybe, get this, looks are subjective? Did you ever think that maybe you’re just in the minority? Which is totally fine, of course. I like the first gen Infiniti M class but I know that car’s not for everybody.

Very true. Even torque converter automatics these days can be jerky with sudden unexpected inputs. That’s just the tradeoff if you want higher performing parts. They’re not as comfortable.

Nearly every single police officer in America carries a gun. You must not be from America.

None of this stuff actually emits CO. They’re just electric heaters.

Good point. It doesn’t make what he did OK, but Kimmel would obviously not do it again and has grown as a person since then. Meanwhile Fox News actively blows their dog whistles and tries to take the high road. They’re really just trolling the whole idea of “cancel culture” thinking that this somehow proves a point.

That’s just American convention. I do it the way you describe, but Europeans start counting with their thumb. Some countries even count from 1-12 by counting the joints on their fingers with their thumbs.

You used a CRT until 2013? Hope it was worth lifetime back issues.

I have no knowledge of the history of the OK hand gesture being reappropriated to be a white power symbol. All I know is that I still use it to mean OK interchangeably with the thumbs up. Like others have said, it also could just mean he’s had 3 wins, though it’s a bit strange for an American to use his last three

And he denies it. So unless we are part of a jury listening to actual facts, who are we to assign guilt? She may very well be 100% right, but if we punished people based on one person’s accusations, there’d be a lot of innocent people behind bars. Both men and women have been known to lie about stuff like this. Can’t

I’m not gonna be an apologist, but we don’t actually know what happened. Both men and women have been known to lie about stuff like this. Unless there are a ton of women coming forward about allegations against him, how can you just believe one person’s accusations? Take them seriously, sure, but don’t assign guilt

If we figure out fusion generators, then hydrogen fuel cell vehicles will become cheap and non polluting. The only real problem with them right now is that hydrogen generation, transport, and conversion to electricity is not quite as efficient as battery EVs. Once we figure out fusion power, that will all go out the

Ask yourself honestly. Will you really be rolling each car into the shed once every 14 days?

I think most HOA criticism does come from bad board members who are overzealous with enforcement, but I bet a lot of it also comes from bad residents who frequently break their community rules and complain about it when the HOA asks them to rectify the issues. Even though they signed the HOA agreement when they moved

They need to do the same for the new 4 series and upcoming M3/M4.

Holy geez, dude. Show me on this Hot Wheels where the Aston touched you.

Huge flawed argument. If everyone knew that traffic laws were no longer being enforced, people would simply start driving worse. That fear of getting a ticket is a big reason why a lot of people barely follow the rules of the road to begin with.

Have you ever actually driven one? I find the interior to be waay overrated. Yes it’s far better than previous Lincolns, but that’s not a very high bar. It still uses a lot of cheap looking chrome and unless you get the top trims, there are still plenty of cheap touches here and there that ruin any sense of luxury.
