Can you imagine making a mid-engine car and driving the front wheels?

I’m sure his first Camry is still kicking. Some people just buy reliable cars then only use them for 5 years for some reason.

How’d you know? Like I said, most reliable car.

I’ve had my Giulia for two weeks and 400 miles now and I’ve had no issues. Most reliable car I’ve ever owned. Anyone who says otherwise must be a short-seller or internet troll!

It was a privately owned car and could have been lemoned. But for the sake of journalism they probably just rode the whole thing out.

You’re a racist asshole. Fuck you.

You’re fucking racist. Maybe she just doesn’t like her house smelling like fish.

Geez these comments are straight up toxic. The implication of racism is just tiresome. Everyone here seems to be very quick to bring up how Asians just want to be white and that they are still a step below whites in this society. Some of you even seem to be a little gleeful. Like Asians are getting what they deserve.

The Vette is a good deal, but the NSX is far from overpriced. It hits at about the same class as the R8 and it costs about the same as well if not a bit less.

That driver was amazing. Only in NYC could an Uber driver calmly double as a Doula. I hope they’re able to pay him a bit extra to clean up his ride, though.

OK I’m sick of all the C8 cross-posts, but this one had me cracking up.

That’s why a lot of people are super anal about ordering a car and being the only non-employee to drive the car. Of course, that doesn’t prevent an employee from abusing the car.

Doesn’t matter what the manufacturer listed horsepower is. Look at the 1/4 mile times. In humid and hot Florida, they did a 12.5@109mph. That’s in the realm of the C6 and is probably faster than the C5. Of course this transmission is faster and the tires are better, but I think it’s obvious the power level is not

The world is big enough for a diverse array of sports cars. The more there are, the better for all of us enthusiasts right? They offer different experiences and they both have valid use cases.

Red Sharpie over clear packing tape works even better.

As a dependable car to take you to work or drop the kids off at school, sure, the cars were fine. But their interior quality and styling left much to be desired.

I agree with you, but the main problem with the turbo is not the length of the ducting. You could simply have an air to water intercooler with fairly short piping. The problem is even with a zero friction turbine, it will still take time to spool it up because it simply requires a certain amount of air pressure before

I can understand what they were TRYING to say, but it’s purely academic. The engine produces how much power it produces using the components it has. I’m not saying that you’re claiming this, since I think you are just responding to the original comment, but this is exactly the type of thing people who don’t understand

Turbochargers still use a small amount of power as they add exhaust backpressure. I’m sure it’s much smaller than a supercharger, though.

I was talking about the electoral college in a hypothetical situation where it was abolished purely about a presidential election. You’re straying from the original point.
