You can get a decently optioned RWDM340i for about $59-$60k. It’s safe to say that few people will pay this much for a 330i.

CD Player prep is a no cost option. The $875 is for the Harman Kardon sound system which is how much it cost in previous gen cars.

I know the reference, I’m just saying that this is not quite the same as the pure marketing drivel that was low quality Corinthian leather.

This is pretty much loaded and in line with how much luxury cars cost these days. It’s obviously not as powerful as the RS3 but it’s also not based on a transverse FWD VW Golf platform and is more luxurious as well.

Do the xDrive M Sport cars still use the standard non-sport suspension tuning? Or does it now use regular M Sport suspension? I’ve heard conflicting things.

Nappa leather, while not having a specific definition, is almost always some type of aniline or semi-aniline leather. Much higher quality than your typical car leather seen in cars under $75,000. It’ll be interesting to see how much Mazda charges for this and what kind of leather they use. High quality leather is hard

Yeah, whenever Ford acquires a car company those cars always come out so well. Like the Ford Jaguars, the Ford Aston Martins, and the Ford Volvos.

I’m very excited to see where they go with their RWD inline 6 sedan. If they also release it with a manual transmission (very likely), I might find a good spiritual successor to my 2014 335i. I was considering just buying a G80 M3 but there are rumors that manual option has also been axed. I also don’t want to buy

Lexus’ launch vehicle was really the LS400. The ES probably released first precisely because it was a re-engineered Camry. They just needed luxury bits for it. The ES they figured was the volume car and the LS was the halo car that defined the brand.

Whenever a company says something like this, they end up switching over two generations later.

Most people don’t know how to use a torque wrench properly at low torque. You need to primarily trust your hands not to overtorque. Always practice using a torque wrench a few times before using it on sensitive aluminum pieces of your engine.

This red car you’ve pictured is absolutely stunning. I think a lot of car enthusiasts have problems recognizing new beautiful designs unless it’s just a rehash of older designs. In person, that car will look great, I guarantee it.

I’m told you shouldn’t use alcohol wipes on phone screens as it can remove special anti-reflective or oleophobic coatings. Those will wear away eventually but regular alcohol wipes will remove them much more quickly.

All convertibles do. Has been the case for a long time. Otherwise people would literally lose their heads in a rollover accident in a vert.

MUCH smaller sample size. Literally people from the whole country remember riding the WDW monorail. Even people who’ve never ridden in it remember seeing it on TV and countless pictures.

A Disney World Monorail has some historical/nostalgic significance. One from the Minnesota Zoo has approximately zero.

That’s another benefit of mild hybrids. Since they basically directly turn the engine crankshaft, they can be retrofitted to pretty much any drivetrain.

For the class they compete in, they are actually not that heavy. Sure, they’re heavy compared to 15 years ago, but all cars are. The M3 is actually just as light as a 4 cylinder 3 series which is lighter than cars like the RS4 or C63.

There are rumors now that the Pure might be getting the axe. I’ve been dreaming about buying a new manual M3 for a while now and I’m finally able to do it. If BMW axes the manual right when I’m ready to get one, I will be heartbroken.

Is the i8 really a halo car? It looks cool but that’s about it. It’s slower in all aspects than an M3 which is half the price and has much better everything else (except fuel economy). Though, after the 20 miles or so of EV range are expended, the i8 only gets 29mpg so not that much better than the M3. It’s more of an
