Dude, that was six years ago. That would make an 08 M3 only 4 years old. We didn’t know about rod bearing issues. We didn’t know about throttle actuators. A 4 year old M3 is not such a bad purchase. A 10 year old M3? Completely different situation.

From what you gather? Lol. Maybe these days it’s a bit different with BMW actually making a fairly reliable 3 series, but back around 2010 the German cars were far less reliable than the G35/G37.
