Unfortunately, this is largely untrue: Gunn previously apologized for and deleted blog posts where he and his readers sexually ranked female comic book characters. These Tweets have not come up previously and they were all still online when this thing blew up on Friday.

Gunn addressed the jokes a while ago though, apologized, deleted the jokes, and didn’t make more.

I am an asshole and I always try to understand where court rulings and dissenting opinions are coming from- I think it’s good to know those things to help you in future battle. It turns out I read the headline, I literally gave her Honor JUDGE CAROL too much leeway- Because, maybe she’ll bring up something logical?
