Or maybe even asphyxiation? I think there really is only a limited amount of air in an elevator and you would eventually run out- at least the signs in elevators always assure you there’s ‘enough’ air for some time- which implies not forever. I wouldn’t wish any of these ends on anyone- poor woman.
