I think the part that blows my mind, is that we’re talking about a comedian here. Like... his literal job in life is to find humor and write about it.

Real quick:
No. No. And, No.

I feel you there. I’m honestly just glad it didn’t happen at Crown Jewel. AJ v Bryan is a Big Four type of match.

The coincidence isn’t lost on me. But when you build up an entire 30 minute match around working a leg, it’s not a simple case of Charlotte getting the figure 8 or Rousey hitting an Arm bar for 3 seconds.

Note: He took two finishers, back to back. A modified styles clash rolled up into a calf crusher. That actually books Bryan as very strong considering how long the match went and what it took to put Bryan away.

We’re gate keeping biracial people now?

With how things are now? Yes, absolutely. But put some actual money in front of the presentation and how its called? It could be just as exciting as any Poker tournament. It just isn’t there yet.

Magic needs people who are invested in improving the spectator side of watching. Currently it’s all inside-baseball nonsense. It can be vastly improved. Which is what this Pro is protesting about. Things could be a lot better, but they aren’t.

I’m not comparing Magic as it is now, to Sports as it is now, as much as calling to the idea that sports grew from very simple beginnings. They were playground games or games that adults made that grew into billion dollar institutions. Magic has a possibility of getting there (or more realistically, somewhere popular),

I suppose the main issue with overthrowing the main sports is their cultural roots. They’re often taught at very young ages (toddlers for many) and backed by generational fans. So, while at one point it’d be really fun to have Chess Boxing get bigger, I don’t think it will :/

If you’re ever confused about this whole thing, just remember that people pay thousands of dollars to sit in a stadium to watch grown adults play what is essentially a playground game for kids.

Ugh. Stop falling for this guys. It’s a bad faith (is there a term for something worse than Bad faith? we need it here.) troll. Even when white supremacists use it. It’s all just to get people to react. I mean, I suppose people want the free publicity, but maybe.. consider not giving it to them.

Forgetting about Steven Universe on a list of best Original songs from cartoons is down right criminal.

“After some tweets attempting to explain that “‘sexism against men’ makes no sense,” and spelling out why sexism is defined by discrimination against a marginalized gender, “

“ The answer, as always, is mass transportation, which we here in New York City have figured out, nay, perfected.”

Well... that Sanderson series is my favorite book series ever. So, maybe don’t miss out? It’s a wonderful thing. I don’t particularly care for the Bitchin’ 70s Van Art covers the series has. (it’s slightly improved by book three) though if covers can persuade you, your experience can be vastly improved if you just buy

For instance, who thought a “they’re very slowly getting away...” space chase was exciting”

::Stares at what play won all the Tonys this year::
Yeah, this trope isn’t going anywhere soon.

Like ... All Millar works I look forward to the excessively improved version to come out as a Movie or TV Show. The mans good for a concept but crap at execution.

I mean, you get that Testosterone is essentially natural Doping for humans tho, yeah? It’s the entire reason Men and Women compete in different areas. What’s complicated here is that you have people who fall in the grey areas of this facet and what to do with them.
