I found it interesting that the Forrest MacNeil version of Review definitely tried to make the character sympathetic by having the producer coerce him into his reviews.

I found it interesting that in Myles Barlow, Myles is steadfastly committed to completing his review regardless of circumstances or consequences, and seems to have a delusional sense of grandeur, as evidenced by his hilariously convoluted analogies finalising each review.
