We used to get a whole lot of buggy and broken games, especially back in the cartridge era.  And they stayed broken.

I guess it would come down to what was actually marketed for launch, whether Aspyr could prove they made a ‘best effort’ to get the DLC out and if the person

The onboard engine can recharge the car’s batteries at a rate of 49.05 kWh

I’m pretty sure plenty of people are talking about Starfield already without a magic puddle needed to be included.

Another example of how Jalopnik doesn’t hate cars.

There has never been a recorded human death by orcas in the wild, but that just means they are smart enough to pick off people who won’t be missed or leave witnesses.

100% this. The vast majority of cruising sailboat owners are people who have worked their asses off in regular jobs, for many years, scrimping and saving and being as self-reliant as possible in order to fulfill a lifelong dream.

The glib attitude in this piece doesn’t come off well. Someone is bound to die soon from these attacks.

because battle passes are a renewable seasonal income model...that’s a lot less predatory than most, even if it is still pretty bleh. Pretty quickly all multiplayer ARPGs shift into the playerbase mostly playing the seasonal ladders I think. Does leave out the people that don’t want to, which stinks, but they’re
