I try not to patronize, but having a parent who was involved in an all-too-fast crash in an Audi A6, I think everyone should value safety, and Volvo is known for that.

Everyone talks about how “Bad” the interiors are on Teslas. But I’ve ridden in and driven probably 3-4 of them and they seem totally fine. Yes- more spartan and simple than an Audi, but the fit and finish seems right up there with any number of other Luxury brands. Its just different.

I’ve owned a few of that era mercedes and I’m not aware of anything crazy on those. Hell, those were probably some of the most reliable cars I’ve driven, the engine in that ML63 is used across the range and is pretty damn bulletproof for a HP engine.
