Wait, you mean stop giving licenses to anyone with a pulse, regulate device use heavily and our roads would be safer?

Its not surprising. Most dealer tactics revolve around the idea that the consumer is not well informed.
You can buy a base Mach-E with like 220 miles of range for $5K under MSRP, but the best deal I see online for a ~300 mile version is still $56K. This is competing with a $50K Model Y. The Ford was overpriced and still not a great deal...
Don’t forget the “S P O R T Y” signs that they put on just about anything ...
Abortion rights are not “extreme left.” Most civilized countries have them in spite of being fairly conservative. But to the intellectually lazy, it’s a lot easier to throw your arms up and say “both sides.”
What a surprise the fascist republicans didn’t give a shit about any of the people in Iowa. Well they cared about the religious nutjobs, but that’s it.
Depending on international drivers license requirements, yes. Would an UK citizen with an international driver’s license be allowed to drive in Texas? I would think so. Case closed. This was racial profiling.
Statehood would be better.
This is only slightly less stupid than the idiots who think New Mexico isn’t a state.
The state of Texas requires that peace officers have at least either a high school diploma, GED or were honorably discharged from the military after at least 24 months of active-duty service.
I’d also like to mention the trend with Manufacturers and dealerships:
Dealership: Orders everything in black, white, and gray. Pushes sales on the cars they have in stock.
Manufacturer: *arms up in the air* Hmmm, I guess people don’t want to buy colorful cars, let’s stop offering colorful cars.
Raises Hand. I DO! I DO! I DO!!!!!
Along with this, even their own reporting shows EV sales going up so far this year compared to last year. This just seems like automakers over-correcting after previous shortcomings combined with high interest rates. But sure, it has to mean no one wants EVs.
This kind of goes against my personal experience. We somewhat recently drove to around 8 dealerships and most had 0 or 1 of any given EV model currently on the lot.
I was surprised by the Hummer’s inclusion as well. It’s possible that dealer markups are also keeping the few that have trickled out unsold. It’s already a six figure GMC, which will limit the buyer pool, but drop a five figure dealer markup on top and even fewer people will be interested.
“Greene reportedly called Boebert a bitch in front of their colleagues during a spat over the pair’s dueling baseless measures to impeach Joe Biden.”
I’m just here for all the “Let them fight” gifs.
I’d be interested in a Maverick ST with the 2.3 Eco boost shoved in there.
So they decided they couldn’t add an electric motor to the rear axle for an on demand 4wd? I did see that it’s not possible to have AWD with the Escape hybrid. Seems odd regardless.
Estimates from the Maverick Truck Club owners forums from late 2022 put Maverick Hybrid demand at 80 percent. Meanwhile, Ford estimated that just 35 percent of the Maverick orders it was building were hybrids.
